BLAKELY — Kutsop’s Olde World Market will be tweaking their business model.
The store, at 101 Seventh St. , will be closed until mid- to late-February, then will reopen only on Saturdays, owner Joe Kutsop said. They will discontinue selling items like dairy goods to focus on meat and items made there, he said. Customers will be able to place orders for favorites, like Kutsop’s renowned kielbasi, via phone or on their website and then pick up orders on Saturday, he said.
The business has been in Kutsop’s family for generations and he’s been at it for more than 40 years. Kutsop said it was time for a change, but he wasn’t ready to close just yet.
“I still want to keep the product going,” he said.
